Ramon C. Barquin , Washington Consulting Group
This paper focuses on ethical dilemmas that Barquin believes will emerge concerning, “1) the universally wired society and 2) the future advances in virtual reality technologies. It is in this region of cyberspace that, in my opinion, some of the most sensitive challenges to cyberethics will arise. Some which may necessitate a fair amount of analysis and guidance from ethicists, philosophers, lawyers, technologists, psychologists, and even theologists as we attempt to put them into a manageable context.”
